Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adult oncology and med-surg patients, including assessments, hygiene, and symptom management
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, monitor responses, and report adverse events
- Monitor patient status, vital signs, labs, pain levels, and changes in condition; implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the interprofessional team to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly in the electronic health record; ensure high standards of safety and infection control
- Support discharge planning and patient and family education to promote continuity of care

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state to be verified)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in med-surg or oncology settings
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2x3 schedule
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Willingness to travel and work in a hospital setting for a 13-week assignment
