Perform initial assessments and ongoing monitoring, including vital signs, mental status, and risk assessments. Implement de-escalation techniques and safety interventions; uphold patient and unit safety at all times. Administer medications per physician orders, document administration, and manage PRN protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participate in care planning, and contribute to daily rounds. Document care in electronic health records in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
