Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $32.73 - $49.09 (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Potential Relocation Assistance
• Shift Differentials:
• • $5.00/hr. (3 PM – 11 PM)
  • $7.50/hr. (11 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekend Differential: $7.50/hr.

Schedules:

Full-Time

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Holiday and every 3rd weekend rotation

Part-Time

• Days or Nights Available
• Weekend and holiday rotation

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join its Medical Surgical team. This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while advancing your nursing career within a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EPIC.
• Promote patient safety and infection prevention practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Active Iowa RN License or eligibility through Compact Licensure.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to obtain BSN within 12 years of hire if not already completed.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred

• Previous Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Experience in acute care hospital settings.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR.
