Client Relationship Coordinator – Wealth Services Location: On-Site At Alera Group, our Wealth Services team supports individuals and families in building, protecting, and transferring wealth through comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies. We’re seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator who will contribute to client relationships, financial strategy, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do Client Experience & Advisory Support Build relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and engagement Coordinate schedules and book qualified appointments for financial advisors Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and ensure appropriate advisor matching Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients throughout the engagement process Support a positive and professional experience for prospective and existing clients Operational & Compliance Excellence Accurately enter and maintain prospect and client information within the CRM system Coordinate advisor calendars and appointment scheduling across multiple locations Track outreach activities and maintain organized records of client interactions Support marketing and prospecting initiatives through accurate documentation and follow-through Ensure data integrity and adherence to company processes and procedures Growth & Retention Generate qualified appointments through marketing and prospecting efforts Contact, qualify, and schedule prospective clients for advisor meetings Attend seminars and educational workshops and assist with event coordination Help convert prospects into long-term clients through effective follow-up and relationship building Work proactively to support business development goals and department objective

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring Required Previous experience in appointment scheduling, inside sales, client relationship management, or a related role Strong communication and follow-through skills Ability to build rapport and motivate prospects to schedule and keep appointments Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals Preferred Bachelor's degree Financial services, wealth management, insurance, or related industry experience Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Microsoft Office proficiency Telephone sales or inside sales experience Ability to work occasional evening events and seminars Core Competencies Relationship building Persuasive communication Active listening Organization and attention to detail Goal orientation Initiative and accountability Customer service excellence Adaptability and resilience

Compensation: Salary range: $59,000 – $69,000 per year Benefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
