Healthcare HR Director: Strategy, Compliance & People Leadership

Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to join our Phoenix leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures HR activities comply with state and federal laws, licensing standards, and contracts, while overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, workers’ compensation and HRIS records.
