Partner Success Manager

As a full-time Partner Success Manager, the successful candidate will manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise school and district partnerships, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and family engagement while working remotely and regularly onsite in Miami, Florida. Key responsibilities Develop and nurture impactful relationships with school and district partners to align goals and maximize integration of TalkingPoints Guide onboarding and product adoption for new partners, collaborating with the Data Integration Team to ensure successful implementation Monitor partner family engagement trends and collaborate with partners to optimize implementations and achieve success goals Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in an account management role within a technology company, working with mid to senior-level stakeholders Bilingual in English and Spanish to meet the language needs of the Miami community Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, along with collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom Background in K-12 education and familiarity with underserved communities Ability to work onsite regularly at district offices and school campuses in the Miami area
