Partner Success Manager Mount Laurel Township, NJ, US Partner Success Manager – CT&I A Partner Success Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with assigned partners, driving application and funding volume, and expanding financing program adoption within the Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) channel. This role focuses on partner engagement, business development, sales support and delivering an exceptional partner experience to generate growth and deepen market penetration. Essential Functions Coordinate and execute partner campaigns with Marketing; follow up on transferred leads Educate partners/partner sales reps on PEAC’s financing program; conduct webinars & partner training Build relationships with partner principals (finance managers, sales reps and sales managers) Solicit and close application opportunities Improve penetration within assigned accounts developing each opportunity, including negotiating terms, overcoming objections with the end user Assist partners with PEAC’s platform; encourage & facilitate use of Digital Facilitate resolution of partner/program issues within Marlin Maintain clean data in SFDC on leads & customers, guests, prospect accounts Monitor and follow up on incomplete applications Qualifications BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas Prior experience in sales, account management or inside sales within a B2B environment Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively to drive results. Demonstrated product and industry knowledge relevant to financing solutions and target markets.
