Large-Tonnage HVACR Chiller Diagnostics Technician

H and G Systems | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

$45–$55/hour | Full-Time, Year-Round | Take-Home Vehicle

So are we. This role is 100% commercial and industrial—centrifugal chillers and large-scale HVACR only.

A 55+ year Dallas–Fort Worth mechanical contractor specializing in high-performance commercial and industrial refrigeration: H and G Systems.

Hospitals, data centers, and manufacturing plants that can’t afford downtime.

• Start from home in a company-provided take-home vehicle—no shop stop.
• Diagnose complex issues on centrifugal chillers: mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control circuits.
• Lead start-ups and commissioning to bring equipment online reliably.
• Use digital reporting to document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.

• $45–$55/hr , commensurate with centrifugal chiller expertise
• 90% employer-paid medical

• Relocation assistance to the DFW area, if needed

• 5+ years working with centrifugal chillers or equivalently large commercial HVAC
• Hands-on background with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or comparable platforms
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• TDLR license
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
