Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + 15% Shift Differential

• You’ll work on custom parts—not repetitive, assembly-line production
• You’ll operate multiple CNC machines and expand your skillset
• You’ll be part of a team-first culture where knowledge is shared and growth is supported
• Your work directly impacts the quality and performance of our products

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and machining centers)
• Load materials, secure parts, and execute work orders based on specifications and blueprints
• Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspection and measurement
• Complete work order documentation accurately
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members and assist with training others
• Follow all safety and quality standards while actively contributing ideas for improvement

• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
• Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machining tools
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Basic to intermediate math skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production

• Prior manufacturing or machining experience
• Vocational or technical training in machining or fabrication
