Loan Systems Support & Training Administrator

(Supporting LaserPro, DecisionPro, and Vision Content/AccuAccount) Department: Asset Quality - Loan Administration Division Onsite Position BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City Full Time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Support loan underwriting and doc prep systems, which may include: One-on-one phone and email support of users Creation of training material and user manuals Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom) Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, which may include: One-on-one phone and email support of users Creation of training material and user manuals Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom) Testing and implementation of new version of loan systems Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Good written and oral communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and organize daily, weekly, monthly tasks and/or projects is imperative. A working knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy, BancFirst Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal) will be very helpful. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
