Home Comfort Advisor/ Outside Sales Professional Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses across the United States. We offer top‑notch training and industry knowledge so no prior HVAC, plumbing or electrical experience is required. Your role will involve collaborating with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for our customers’ homes. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Interacting with new, current, and former customers to present home‑comfort solutions and build lifelong relationships. Conducting in‑home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality. Making follow‑up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals. Completing any additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong ability to build and maintain trusting customer relationships. Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes. Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑consumer sales (prior industry experience not required). Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs. The Physical Requirements Of This Job Include Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individualized workstation or office. Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device. Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds. Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
