What You'll Need
✔ Current South Carolina RN License
✔ BCLS Certification
✔ Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
✔ Long-term care experience preferred
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Review shift reports and monitor resident conditions
Respond to acute changes (assess, notify MD, coordinate transport, notify family)
Conduct daily rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality care
Oversee documentation accuracy (care plans, charting, change of condition)
Follow up on labs, consultant reports, and physician orders
Assist with admissions and physician rounds
Promote resident rights and maintain regulatory compliance
