Client Support Specialist

Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and overall support throughout the booking process. This role involves helping clients explore vacation options, answering questions, and coordinating travel arrangements based on their needs and preferences.
This is a flexible remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and managing details in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, researching travel options, coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support before and after booking.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Comfort with online tools, basic computer skills, and strong time management are important for success in this role.
Training and support resources are provided to help you learn systems, tools, and industry processes.
