Now hiring Assembly Associate Location: Greeneville, TN Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Requirements Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and write for documentation, labeling, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow directions, production processes, and safety procedures Willingness to learn products and manufacturing processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Job Duties Assemble fifth wheels, stationary mounts, and related components Perform grinding and basic fabrication tasks as needed Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production specifications Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport general production, assembly, and manufacturing operations Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors Benefits Good Weekly Pay — that lands in your account every week.
