Location: Wilton, CT (On-Site)

Schedule: 12-Hour Compressed Work Week

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Actalent is partnering with a leading advanced technology manufacturer seeking Engineering Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems in a cleanroom environment.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, veterans, manufacturing technicians, and candidates with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience looking to grow their careers in a high-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use hand tools, test equipment, and computer systems
• Support quality, process improvement, and production initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and follow cleanroom standards

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
