Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Physical Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individual treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with documentation standards.
• Foster a supportive environment for patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Apply body mechanics and equipment handling strategies for patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist required; Compact license preferred.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience required.
• Experience with EPIC or similar charting systems required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency in treating various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and communication skills.
