Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Administer and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Ensure high-quality care through adherence to facility protocols and professional guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
• Document patient progress and therapy interventions in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license; compact license required at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
• Proficient in using the Epic charting system.
• Certifications in BLS or equivalent life support certifications.
• Experience with a range of conditions including neurological and orthopedic injuries.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
