About Us Heart To Heart Children's Services is a NYS-approved Early Intervention agency proudly supporting children from birth through age three. Providers are expected to utilize their clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their milestones, as well as educate and guide parents/caregivers to ensure successful implementation between sessions. Skills and Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university. Active Physical Therapist license with the NYS Office of Professions. Employment Types We offer both W2 employee and 1099 contractor opportunities (with DOH approval).
