Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention

Role Overview The position involves providing Role Overview The position involves providing Physical Therapy services to pediatric clients in various settings, including home and center-based Early Intervention programs. Key responsibilities include performing evaluations, assessments, and tracking child progress , delivering therapy as specified in the IFSP , and collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's developmental goals. Additional duties encompass completing documentation and progress notes , and assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Qualifications Must hold a valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Must possess a qualified degree in Physical Therapy. State DOH approval is required.
