Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies 2Prepare and review contracts, policies or memos as directed by General Counsel, including NDAs, joint development agreements and purchase and sales agreements with 3rd parties.
3Advise on internal clients regarding employment, OSHA related, legal compliance and other issues as directed by General Counsel.
4Manage outside counsel as may be delegated by General Counsel 5Manage and/or handle investigations of internal complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation.6
Assist General Counsel in managing litigation and pre-litigation disputes

ExperienceAt least 4 years of plus of legal experience as a licensed attorney in the US, preferably having experience advising manufacturing clients.EducationJD from an ABA accredited law schoolPhysical ConditionThis is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor.
