The successful candidate will lead all commercial finance and FP&A activities, including annual planning, forecasting, performance analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization. This executive will be responsible for building and leading a top-tier finance organization, with a focus on supporting a business with a significant revenue and a diverse product portfolio. The role requires a leader with a strong background in consumer packaged goods and manufacturing, who can translate financial data into business insights, and is capable of influencing strategic decision-making across various business functions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in a similar operationally focused role.
