SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Job Description
You will provide oversight for critical Enlisted assignment and placement functions, fleet manning, and monitoring Transients, Patients, Prisoners and Holdees (TPPandH) personnel.
You will serve a functional lead for the MyNavy Assignment (MNA), developing and prioritizing requirements to improve Sailor "Fit" and fleet readiness.
You will represent the branch (PERS-40) in senior-level meetings and conferences, communicating policies and making decisions that significantly affect the operational readiness of the fleet.
You will perform a full range of supervisory duties. Exercises delegated authority to manage the overall planning, direction, and execution of the branch and association functions and programs.
