UTOPIA FOOT & SHOULDER MASSAGE Smyrna & Grant Park, GA Front Desk Associate Part Time/Full Time In-Person Customer Service & Spa Operations About The Role Utopia Foot & Shoulder Massage is looking for a Front Desk Associate who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. This role is the face of Utopia - the first hello and the last goodbye for every guest - and also the person who keeps the spa itself running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll manage the front desk, support our therapists, and help oversee daily spa operations from open to close. What You'll Do Answer phones, schedule and manage appointments, and check guests in and out with a warm, professional greeting. Handle a busy, high-traffic environment while juggling multiple tasks - phones, walk-ins, checkout, and scheduling - without letting any of it slip. Open the spa each day following our opening routine, and close it following our closing routine. Stock and restock retail products, and keep the lobby and front areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Communicate clearly and proactively with therapists about scheduling, timing, and guest needs throughout the day. Keep an eye on the full spa environment - lobby, treatment rooms, retail area - and address issues before they become problems. Resolve guest concerns and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solution-oriented approach. What We're Looking For A natural multitasker who stays organized and level-headed when things get busy. Customer-service oriented, with a warm, professional phone and in-person presence. Punctual and reliable - our guests and therapists count on the front desk being ready. Comfortable managing people and daily operations, not just answering phones. A problem-solver who looks for solutions first, rather than escalating every issue. Prior experience at a spa, salon, medical office, or other appointment-based front desk is a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role in a busy spa setting.
