Senior Account Manager

What You’ll Do Lead complex client programs and projects from kickoff to completion Partner closely with Sales to develop brand strategies and client solutions Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments Lead project timelines, logistics, installations, reporting, and implementation Drive collaboration across teams while mentoring and supporting Client Services personnel Present confidently in client meetings, capability presentations, and strategy discussions Take ownership of account performance, profitability, billing, and reconciliation processes Support clients with recommendations on materials, processes, and program execution Travel as needed, including serving as backup support for Sales when required What We’re Looking For Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead through challenges while maintaining a collaborative, positive environment Experience managing complex projects, logistics, and customer relationships Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability Passion for continuous improvement and professional growth This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 remote days.
