As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records. Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and contacting appropriate personnel. Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer incoming calls, direct guests and deliveries, and support a welcoming, orderly lobby environment. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
