Experienced Call Center Schedule- Full Time

Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team!

As a Call Center Scheduler, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling regular appointments or procedures, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction.

Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience.

Hours: Approximately 8a-5p M-F but hours can vary depending on the assignment.

Location: St. Paul in GI and Radiology

Requirements :

Experience with the EPIC scheduling system
Background in medical scheduling
Past work in a call center environment
Attention to detail
Good phone etiquette
Must have great attendance and punctuality
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Key Job Responsibilities:

Answering phone promptly
Patient registration
Assisting with both regular appointments and various procedures
Insurance and demographic information updates
Administrative duties as needed
