Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN Location: Clark, New Jersey Schedule: Full-Time Salary: Up to $135,000 per year Step Into a Leadership Role That Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This pivotal role supports the Director of Nursing in driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive, resident-centered culture within a skilled nursing setting. Key Responsibilities Foster a safe, respectful, and high-quality care environment for residents Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to care standards and best practices Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership Proactively address clinical concerns and support interdisciplinary care plan development Participate in wound care rounds and promote infection control initiatives Assist with state surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts Encourage open communication and promote a collaborative, team-oriented culture Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license in good standing Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience required Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, resident-focused environment Why This Opportunity?
