Join Our Molecular Imaging and Therapeutics Team at UNC-Chapel Hill The Department of Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a dynamic Radiologist to join our growing Division of Molecular Imaging and Therapeutics (MIT) . With a rapidly expanding theranostic program, we are looking for a faculty member who not only delivers excellent clinical care but also brings vision and leadership to program development. This position plays a key role in launching and expanding UNC’s Radiopharmaceutical Therapy (RPT) Program , spanning both UNC Hospital Medical Center and UNC Raleigh Cancer Center. In collaboration with Radiation Oncology, you’ll help: Build and scale theranostics services Oversee clinical operations and quality initiatives Advance education and program development Qualified candidates may be considered for a leadership role as Radiopharmaceutical Therapy Co-Director. The Position Open rank, fixed-term faculty appointment (Instructor through Professor, commensurate with experience). Clinical focus on Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, including PET/CT (with cardiac PET/CT), SPECT/CT, PET/MR, and radionuclide therapy. Ideal Candidate Board certified (or eligible) by the American Board of Radiology or the American Board of Nuclear Medicine (or international equivalent). Fellowship-trained in Nuclear Medicine (or with equivalent clinical expertise). Strong interest in theranostics and operational program growth.
