This hybrid opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience reviewing loan documentation, analyzing financial data, and working extensively in Excel. The selected candidate will be responsible for collateral analysis supporting Asset Based Lending portfolios, identifying risk factors, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal partners and clients while developing valuable experience within commercial lending operations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze accounts receivable and inventory collateral supporting Asset Based Lending portfoliosDetermine eligible collateral in accordance with credit agreement requirementsReview client financial trends related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory balancesIdentify and escalate potential risk factors within client documentationExtract, format, upload, and validate client report data for multiple lending lines of businessReview submitted loan and collateral documentation for completeness and accuracyCoordinate the collection of missing or incomplete documentation with internal partnersCollaborate with servicing teams to ensure accurate data extraction and reportingCreate, maintain, and update formulas within Excel and data extraction toolsCommunicate analytical findings effectively to internal business partners and clientsRequired QualificationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel experiencePrevious loan document review experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to analyze financial information and identify discrepanciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsStrong mathematical and quantitative skillsAccounting experienceFinancial analysis or business analysis experienceExperience working within banking, lending, or financial services environmentsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
