- Deliver precise, evidence-based strength training
- Coach members clearly and confidently
- Build strong relationships that lead to retention and referrals
- Lead Introductory Workouts that inspire commitment
- Maintain excellent attendance and help members achieve real results
- Improve continuously - Kaizen is part of our DNA
- Paid, in-house Personal Trainer certification

- $18.96/hr-$19.82/hr (includes commissions and bonuses; minimum base pay is $17.65/hr MD, $13/hr VA)
