Workday HCM Business Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Information Systems or functional analysis.
• We require experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting.
• We need substantial experience navigating Workday configuration and business process frameworks.
• We require strong experience meeting functional requirements in a large corporate environment or similarly complex setting.
• We need experience working across large teams to support a digital transformation agenda and manage complex, interconnected data flows.
• We require experience mapping intricate business processes and maintaining functional documentation for system compliance and patching.
• We need experience creating, maintaining, and communicating detailed information technology documentation, especially related to HR system architecture.
• Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro HCM and Recruiting certification.
• Preferred experience includes Workday Advanced Compensation, Learning, and Talent and Performance modules.
• Preferred experience includes advanced reporting tools, EIBs, and Workday risk and compliance automation features.
• We value a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who can work across teams, organize meetings and boards, and help drive organizational change.

• We create, update, maintain, and interpret functional design and configuration documentation for the Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.
• We work with management, internal teams, and stakeholders to guide the system enhancement process across HR information systems.
• We document responses to functional requirements and revise business process flows as needed while maintaining a strong library of technical guides.
• We maintain, update, and perform routine audits and data integrity checks across the Workday platform.
• We maintain system baselines and configuration management items, including security role assignments and business process policies.
• We partner with stakeholders to ensure recruitment workflows are complete and effective in meeting talent acquisition needs.
• We recommend and, when approved, implement process and policy improvements to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.
• We may also remain stationary for extended periods, move around the office as needed, and communicate frequently with coworkers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.
