Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care to emergency patients.
• Collaborate with doctors and emergency staff to ensure critical patient needs are addressed.
• Document patient conditions and treatments in the Cerner EMR system efficiently.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as per established protocols.
• Float to different departments as required to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in all aspects of trauma and resuscitation procedures as a Level III Trauma Certified team.

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN License in good standing.
• 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• Charge nurse experience preferred for additional compensation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment and adapt to patient needs.
