The RN Home Health Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of home health nursing services. This position involves managing nursing teams, ensuring high standards of patient care, and coordinating comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. The manager also ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and drives quality improvement initiatives within the home health environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead nursing teams to deliver efficient home health care services
- Oversee patient care activities to ensure quality and safety standards
- Develop and review individualized care plans with input from clinical staff
- Conduct staff training and professional development sessions
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Allocate resources effectively to meet patient and operational needs
- Perform patient assessments to guide care planning and interventions
- Implement quality assurance processes and review documentation for accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing management
