Position Overview:
As a Night Shift Guest Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and students during evening hours. Your role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations during the night shift, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and students professionally and warmly during night hours.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to our programs, services, and appointments.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for evening beauty services and consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with the night team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform administrative and support tasks as required during the night shift.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred, especially in evening or flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Availability to work night shifts including evenings and weekends as required.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
