Sr Talent Specialist

As a Sr Talent Specialist here at Honeywell, you will serve as a Human Resources generalist supporting the Future Finance Leaders early career rotation program. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing talent strategies that nurture and advance early career professionals within Honeywell's finance function.You will report directly to the FFL Program Director, and you’ll work out of one of our Hub locations Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the growth and development of future finance leaders by providing comprehensive HR support, facilitating talent development initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience through one on one mentorship and key processes for participants in the rotation program.Honeywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world’s most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
