We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn the business through real world experience, structured coaching, and consistent daily activity while earning rewarding commissions . This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants guidance, accountability, and a proven path for developing the skills needed to build a successful real estate career.

You will gain hands on experience with prospecting, client communication, follow up, and relationship building while learning how successful agents create opportunities through consistent action. The focus is on developing productive habits, improving conversations, and building confidence through daily repetition and practical application.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn how transactions progress from the first conversation through closing while gaining exposure to the systems and processes that help agents stay organized and productive. You will continue strengthening your ability to manage opportunities, communicate effectively, and maintain consistency as your business grows.

• Lead generation
• Attend training
• Follow-up systems

• Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
• Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
• Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
• Set appointments

• A real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions
