What You Will Do We are looking for an Engagement Lead to join our Finance and Operations Delivery team. The Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with enterprise-level clients across our Finance and Operations technologies, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning them with our cloud solutions to achieve their goals. The role also involves driving delivery of current work and uncovering adjacent opportunities across functions and regions. Ideal Candidates Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Understand business processes and advise on best‑practices where applicable Lead multi‑faceted internal teams, balancing resources to maximize impact while supporting professional development Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams Resolve issues and complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that lead to long‑lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Qualifications Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or a similar EPM cloud‑based technology is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels Excellent organizational skills Ability in problem‑solving and negotiation Benefits Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance Flexible Time Off Paid holiday time Paid maternity and paternity leave Monthly technology and wellness allowance Annual training allowance program Company‑paid life and disability insurance Reimbursement for approved learning and development initiatives within defined limits Salary Range: $110,000 - $210,000 USD Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status or disability.
