Product Director [Multiple Positions Available]

Responsibilities Lead a team developing and marketing data analytics, data management, and data publishing tools and products. Develop centralized knowledge graphs with Neo4j to accurately define data and products. Partner with Data Publishers and Product Owners in cross‑disciplinary teams to improve information publishing. Guide building of logical and physical data models, supporting data discovery, profiling, acquisition, processing, modeling, and ownership. Advocate adoption of open‑source data processing pipelines and algorithms to help clients anticipate data needs from varied structured and unstructured sources, including relational stores, NoSQL databases, social media, news, documents, and emails. Research and experiment with emerging data governance and processing methodologies and technologies for advanced analytics use cases. Develop metrics and procedures for assessing, managing, and characterizing meta‑data and dataset consumption. Contribute to data architecture and data management strategy design. Collaborate with Chief Data Officers and technology functions to develop standards and best practices. Influence stakeholders to define tasks and guidelines for workflows and manage decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. Build and continuously update product backlog, prioritizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensure product features and processes align with applicable industry best practices, compliance, and risk management standards. Qualifications Minimum education and experience: either a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management, Technology Management, or a related field with seven years of experience in the role or as Product Director, Senior Consultant, or a related occupation; or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with ten years of experience in the role or as Product Director, Senior Consultant, or a related occupation. At least five years of experience building Data Management and Customer360 products across financial services and advertising industries. At least three years of experience building Knowledge Graphs using data concepts applied to Customer products, Investment Banking products, Home Lending products, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) products, and related financial products that enable complex workflows driven by semantic graphs. Experience generating insights using Gremlin and Cypher graph query languages. Experience building AI‑based solutions that use connected graphs for business recommendations. Experience building lineage and metadata management products using property graphs. Experience developing solutions for large‑scale enterprise customers. Experience working with Chief Data Officers to understand data management strategies and drive data management solutions. Experience working with senior and executive‑level stakeholders to drive product vision, manage project priorities, and lead project teams. Experience developing solutions for critical regulatory reporting such as CCAR. Experience designing data strategy to develop a firm‑wide contextual and semantic model. Experience building products and self‑serve solutions using Neo4j. Experience designing solutions with DataBricks, Cassandra, and Elastic Search platforms. Neo4j Certified Professional certification.
