At City Wide Facility Solutions Boston , we’re transforming how commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts manage their facility services. As a leader in the managed services space, we connect businesses with top-tier vendors and act as a single source of accountability for everything from janitorial to maintenance and beyond.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on generating new business, building relationships and closing complex B2B deals. If you are energized by prospecting new clients, closing deals, and signing new clients, this is a great opportunity to have a huge impact on City Wide and your career! This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue, not managing existing accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets
- Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs
- Conduct in-person presentation and meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and new business leads within CRM
- Present tailored solutions and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to account management.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on new business generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated hunter mentality driven by prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
