Registered Nurse - PRN

Role Overview A registered nurse provides high-quality, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care ensuring safety and therapeutic environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to promote understanding. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information. Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Support hospital standards fostering teamwork and a cooperative work environment. Take responsibility for professional growth and performance. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current Basic Life Support certification. Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility. Minimum six months RN experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Ability to create a safe, patient-centered environment.
