We are seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of multiple ongoing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with General Contractors for each project
- Attend jobsite meetings
- Release equipment orders for projects and track the status of orders
- Assemble submittals for projects
- Maintain communication with onsite employee supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction - preferably HVAC and Plumbing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Organizational skills are very important
