Part-Time Administrative Associate - Support Logistics & Office Operations

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for a part-time role with a consistent schedule? We're hiring a Part-Time Administrative Associate to support our daily logistics operations and office administration. In this role, you'll help ensure shipments are documented accurately and internal processes run efficiently.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in supporting our operations team by ensuring freight documentation and internal communications flow smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and providing friendly customer service to internal associates and external partners

Performing accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and other systems

Reviewing and organizing paperwork to ensure shipments are properly documented

Preparing, scanning, and filing shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts)

Sorting and distributing paperwork for inbound and outbound freight

Supporting other team members in dispatch, check-in, and scanning areas as needed

No logistics experience? No problem we'll train you. All you need is a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to stay organized.
