This is not a behind-the-desk management role. We are looking for a hands-on clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring and supporting clinicians in the field, and wants to play an active role in shaping patient outcomes and agency growth. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong clinical judgment with leadership ability, accountability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for patient care. This position offers the opportunity to lead, problem-solve, collaborate, and remain actively involved in the field through patient visits and bedside staff supervision. Qualifications Active Florida RN license in good standing required. Active Field RN experience required. Minimum of 2 years of home health clinical experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Home Health Conditions of Participation, OASIS, documentation standards, and clinical compliance requirements. Experience using AI-supported clinical tools, including Oasis and documentation technology, strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead confidently in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using EMR/documentation systems and standard office technology. Positive attitude, strong accountability, and team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support nurses and clinical staff in the delivery of high-quality home health services. Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and team performance. Conduct field nursing visits and provide direct bedside supervision, coaching, and support to clinical staff. Review assessments, plans of care, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges, and clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Ensure adherence to physician orders, agency protocols, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards. Serve as a clinical resource and problem-solver for field clinicians managing patient care challenges. Help oversee case assignments, scheduling efficiency, visit utilization, and care coordination. Participate in QA/QAPI initiatives, chart audits, infection control oversight, incident review, and performance improvement efforts. Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, mentoring, and competency evaluations of clinical personnel. Support survey readiness and assist with audits, ADRs, and compliance reviews. Ensure timely follow-up on hospitalizations, missed visits, patient complaints, and clinical variances. Collaborate closely with intake, billing, HR, operations, and leadership teams to support excellent patient care and strong agency outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Indigo Management
