Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage tactical procurement, inventory control, and supplier management for our Miami site. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Take ownership of physical and financial inventory targets while ensuring material availability for production goals. Drive demand analysis to inform short- and long‑term purchasing and planning decisions. Identify savings opportunities and lead cross‑functional initiatives to achieve Purchase Price Variance goals, improve inventory performance, and drive cash flow. Manage vendor relationships and develop preferred supplier characteristics. Maintain compliance with Beckman Coulter policies and FDA regulatory requirements, providing guidance to junior associates. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s degree (or master’s degree) and at least 2 years of experience in tactical or strategic procurement. Experience supporting PPV, MUV, and inventory targets. Familiarity with Oracle or similar MRP software. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting the establishment of or familiarity with Kanban systems.
