Procurement Buyer

Role Overview: This role is for a Procurement Buyer responsible for managing direct and indirect spending for various categories. Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement planning, scheduling, and placing purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods.
- Open order management, including generating and analyzing open order reports using Power BI.
- Tracking pending orders and ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers.
- Monitoring overdue and aging POs through Power BI dashboards and implementing corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Maintaining and updating the preferred supplier list and tracking compliance and adherence to supplier guidelines.
- Managing inventory levels, extracting and analyzing week-to-stock-out data, and collaborating with planning teams to avoid line stoppages.
- Investigating and reporting Line Down Incidents caused by supply issues and developing preventive measures to reduce production stoppages.
- Updating Oracle ERP to ensure accurate delivery commitments and validating parts qualification and maintaining master data integrity.

- Ability to handle huge data
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electronics, electrical, or technical disciplines such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
