Primex America Inc. – Exporting Food & Beverages Across the Caribbean and Central America
For over 20 years, Primex America Inc. has proudly served more than 80 customers in 25+ countries, specializing in the export of food, beverages, and personal care products.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase products and maintain direct communication with suppliers
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products at the warehouse
- Perform inventory control , including adjustments and stock accuracy
- Update and maintain pricing in the system
- Work with Excel and QuickBooks for daily tasks
- Support warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing or the food & beverage industry preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Proactive, reliable, and detail‐oriented
