For over 20 years, Primex America Inc. has proudly served more than 80 customers in 25+ countries, specializing in the export of food, beverages, and personal care products.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase products and maintain direct communication with suppliers
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products at the warehouse
• Perform inventory control , including adjustments and stock accuracy
• Update and maintain pricing in the system
• Work with Excel and QuickBooks for daily tasks
• Support warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or the food & beverage industry preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‐paced environment
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Proactive, reliable, and detail‐oriented
