Customer Service Logistics Coordinator Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Coordinator Location: Medley, FL Shift: Monday to Friday What's the Job? Provide support to customer accounts by addressing their needs and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate the logistical processing of customer orders, working closely with vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams. Prepare shipping documents such as labels, compliance labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs). Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information regularly. Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. What's Needed? Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and web-based applications. Accurate typing and data entry skills, with the ability to generate routine reports. Strong communication skills, including professional phone and email manners. High school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping, or receiving is a plus.
