Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere Collect and verify complete demographic, financial, and insurance information for accurate billing and account management Utilize pre-registration, check-in systems, and communication technologies to facilitate efficient patient flow Secure all required patient consents and attestations prior to treatment, ensuring documentation is current and compliant with regulations Respond promptly and flexibly to changes in patient schedules, registration requirements, or administrative procedures Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate patient appointments and address any registration issues Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy standards Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred Proven experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and registration/check-in software Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and billing procedures is a plus We foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values growth, innovation, and excellence.
