Security Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Security Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the safeguarding of our organization's assets and information. Responsibilities Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and update security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and enforce security policies across the organization. Stay abreast of emerging security threats and adjust policies accordingly. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other departments to assess and mitigate security risks. Provide recommendations for improving overall security posture. Develop and maintain an incident response plan. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches and unauthorized access. Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to contain and mitigate security incidents. Security Monitoring: Implement and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security events. Analyze security logs and reports to identify anomalies or suspicious activities. Take proactive measures to prevent security incidents. Security Awareness Training: Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees. Stay informed about the latest security threats and educate staff on best practices. Foster a security-conscious culture within the organization. Security Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular security audits to assess compliance with security policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
