Project Controls Analyst

Pay rate is based off of years of experience. If located over 100 miles from work site, per diem is offered at $840 per week along with mob/demob. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with capital project planning, execution, and coordination. Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics. Coordinate with Cost Engineers and Schedulers to ensure project alignment. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps. Monitor cost variances and assist with change management activities. Track project action items, issues, and follow-up activities. Maintain project documentation, databases, and reporting for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project procedures, and deliverables. Support gate reviews, status meetings, and performance reporting. Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and other project documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of Project Controls, Project Management, Scheduling, or Cost Control experience. Experience supporting capital construction, utility, power generation, EPC, or heavy industrial projects. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software. Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and schedule analysis. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Preferred Experience Utilities, Nuclear, Power Generation, EPC, Construction, or Heavy Industrial projects. Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO). Knowledge of PMBOK principles and project lifecycle management.
